What I Do:
David Wilson is a BHI Vice President and Senior Project Manager in the firm’s Transportation and Traffic group. He excels in the development, design, and construction of small and large transportation projects in both urban and rural settings. He is also involved in the planning phase and in overseeing the NEPA process, including public involvement and stakeholder coordination. David has performed in the project principal, project engineer, and project manager roles. His project management responsibilities include developing scopes, fees, and production schedules; adhering to budges; running project meetings; managing clients; conducting public involvement; and reporting both up and down the management chain.
