What I Do:

Josh Lutz is a Vice President in BHI’s Community Development and Planning group. He manages civil and site design of site development projects. Josh has executed design of projects related to grading and drainage, roadway, sewer line, water line, storm drain line, chilled water lines, and general infrastructure design. Josh has prepared project specifications and engineer’s estimates and performed numerous field inspections. He also has experience coordinating with utility companies and government agencies.
