As the director of operations and systems manager, he guides a dedicated team of system analysts who provide top-notch IT support to clients, including maintaining and upgrading computers, servers, and network environments. Steve ensures smooth operations by overseeing the help desk and leading project management for client-specific IT projects. His leadership ensures clients receive efficient, secure, and up-to-date IT solutions.
